BLUENAUTA adopts all necessary measures to protect users’ data from inappropriate use and to process it securely, respecting all privacy protection laws and regulations, collaborating with personal data protection authorities and acting, in any case, in accordance with the principles that are generally recognised in relation to personal data protection.

    DATA PROCESSING AND USER CONSENT

BLUENAUTA is limited to collecting, using or communicating users’ personal data in full respect of the law. In most cases, BLUENAUTA will ask users explicitly for their consent; in some cases, it may deduce that users have granted their consent as a result of their actions or behaviours adopted. BLUENAUTA may request that users provide additional consent, should it need to use their personal data for purposes not stated in this Privacy Policy. It is not compulsory to provide this consent, but without it the user may not be able to participate in specific activities.

LOCATION OF THE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The processing related to the website services takes place at the offices of the company BLUENAUTA in Via Giovanni Paolo II, 22 - 48018, Faenza, Ravenna (the Data Controller) and is managed only by personnel employed to carry out the processing, or by any temporary maintenance employees.

The data from the site may be communicated to technological and essential partners hired by the Data Controller for the provision of services requested by users. The personal data provided by users that send requests for information (sending of information material, responses to queries, etc.) or other notices (for example orders) is also made available to appointed third-party Managers and used by these for the sole purpose of carrying out the requested service and only where necessary (provision of the requested services through the technological and essential partner).

    DATA PROCESSED

In the context of this Privacy Policy, “personal data” refers to the information or fragments of information that may allow you to be identified. In general, this includes information such as your name, address, username, e-mail address and telephone number, or other information such as your IP address, purchasing habits, preferences or information relating to your lifestyle, hobbies or interests.

    Browsing data

During the ordinary course of operations, the IT systems and software procedures for running this website acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the communication protocols of the Internet. This is information that due to its nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, make it possible to identify the computers that connect to the site. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the website, the addresses in the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the response file obtained, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's computing environment. This data may be sent to the legal authorities to ascertain liability in the case of illicit acts through the site or IT crimes against the site.

    Data provided voluntarily by Users

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of personal data to access specific services, or to make information requests through the specific website channels, leads to the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s personal data inserted in the requests, which is necessary to respond to the requests. You may choose not to provide your data. If you do not, BLUENAUTA may not be able to satisfy fully or in part the requests of the user (e.g. registration on the bluenauta.it site).

    Data relating to unregistered Users

The information generated by Users that visit the bluenauta.it site that have not yet registered (or who have registered but do not have an active session), and that is used to allow the User an optimum browsing experience, for statistical analyses and to personalise content – including marketing content – may be used by BLUENAUTA, at various times, in order to integrate the information provided by the User during registration. For more information about the technologies that allow us to offer you the services described, please read our Cookie Policy that follows this document.

    Data relating to registered Users

BLUENAUTA uses technologies that, thanks to an ID query (in alphanumerical format), allow it to keep track of the browsing of registered users that access the site from various browsers or different devices (e.g. computers, tablets, smartphones), in order to offer said users similar products to those viewed or purchased, independently of the browser or device used each time.

When registered Users issue their consent to the processing of their data for direct marketing purposes, BLUENAUTA may process the data relating to the operations and views made by them on bluenauta.it in order to inform them via e-mail that the products inserted in their basket, but not yet purchased, are still available (allowing them to complete the purchase quickly and securely) or to offer them the same or similar products via e-mail (re-marketing). When registered Users issue their consent to the processing of their data for profiling purposes, BLUENAUTA may process data relating to their consumer choices (namely, the object purchased and the amounts spent), in order to align the commercial product as closely as possible with their profile and requirements.

    Payment details

As regards payment details, BLUENAUTA only receives return information on the status linked to the payment (successful/refused) from e-payment companies and institutes that manage credit card payments. All details on the pre-paid card (such as PayPal) or on the credit card are stored by the companies that manage the related service, and are not authorised to use the personal data received via bluenauta.it for other purposes.

    PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

BLUENAUTA may use users’ personal data to: examine the use of the site, products and services; analyse the efficiency of our advertising, promotions and competitions; personalise the website experience and examine (anonymously and aggregately) statistics relating to the activities on the site; simplify the use of the site and adapt it as much as possible to the interests and choices of the user; speed up the user’s future activities and experiences on the site, and contact the user regarding products and services that might interest the user if consent has been given.

BLUENAUTA may use users’ personal data to suggest products or services that might interest them or offer them opportunities to take part in competitions and promotions. The user may refuse to receive messages from BLUENAUTA at any time. Any direct marketing communication that BLUENAUTA sends will provide the information and methods necessary to refuse these messages. User data may be used to provide products or services that users request.
