BLUENAUTA is limited to collecting, using or communicating users’ personal data in full respect of the law. Data relating to registered Users

BLUENAUTA uses technologies that, thanks to an ID query (in alphanumerical format), allow it to keep track of the browsing of registered users that access the site from various browsers or different devices (e.g. computers, tablets, smartphones), in order to offer said users similar products to those viewed or purchased, independently of the browser or device used each time.

When registered Users issue their consent to the processing of their data for direct marketing purposes, BLUENAUTA may process the data relating to the operations and views made by them on in order to inform them via e-mail that the products inserted in their basket, but not yet purchased, are still available (allowing them to complete the purchase quickly and securely) or to offer them the same or similar products via e-mail (re-marketing). All details on the pre-paid card (such as PayPal) or on the credit card are stored by the companies that manage the related service, and are not authorised to use the personal data received via for other purposes.
